Overall, would not recommend even trying to contact this place. Additionally, for any renters swooned by the pictures on their website and apartments listenings, I cannot speak for the inside of these apartments but th balconies and general exterior are not as nice as pictures would lead you to believe.

After walking around the apartment complex and trying to get more information from one of the tenants, we decided Solis was no longer worth our time or energy and looked at a better, more professional apartment within the hour. Upon arriving at the management office, there was a half torn down paper on the door of an old and vacant house saying they had relocated their office about a mile away. They list a total of 4 different numbers on their property and online, but don't answer a single one of them or call you back when you leave a voicemail).
(Tip: if you do ever manage to get ahold of these people, try to confirm what is the best numb er to reach them at. To my dismay, no one answered the 10+ calls my partner and I made while on the way. I had an appointment to view an apartment here and on the day of, tried to call management 2 hours ahead before the viewing to let them know I would be 10 mintues late and confirm the meeting point. If you're a prospective renter, steer clear of this trap. Had high hopes for this establishment and was severely let down. I would strongly discourage anyone from moving here until management changes which is such a shame because the interiors are great! … – show I've never written a negative review, but they don't seem to care either way. They haven't fixed our gates, so they are permanently open, I have seen many homeless people dig through our trash with grocery baskets and it's really frustrating when you pay such high rent and can't have basic things like a mail key and a gate fixed - things they are built into our lease. Not having access to your mail to pay your bills is a huge finacial burden. I have no access of getting my mail, which is included in our lease agreement, I've talked to them many times each response with “it'll be handled this week” or “I will issue a work order.” and it has now been nearly 9 weeks of living here with no importance of fixing a mail key.

I've gone to the office many time around 4 PM and they've been closed early - they are supposed to close at 6. Within 6.3 km of Train station Maia Bassa and 7.6 km of The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, Solis Apartments provides free WiFi and a terrace. They don't return phone calls or emails, and for about a month you couldn't even leave a voicemail on the phone. Since then however, I have been trying to get a mail key and a gate remote and have had no success. I let it go because they rec ently took over and it seemed like the fault of previous management. When I moved in 2 months ago, they lost my lease and had rented my signed lease apartment to someone else and had to last minute rush move me in.
